A White Christmas... for once!

Merry Christmas to you! Guess what? We had a white Christmas! It snowed last night, and we had about a 2 inch accumulation. First white Christmas in my lifetime (don't worry, I'm only 14).
These pictures were both taken before the majority of the snow had fallen
Actually, these pictures were taken on Christmas eve. It looked even whiter this morning! :)
Merry Christmas to you and yours!

Wasn't it great having snow on the ground when we woke up this morning? It is the first white Christmas I can ever remember. :)

We got . . . umm . . . about two inches too. It was mostly gone by the afternoon of Christmas day. I couldn't believe my eyes. What a blessing!

Dear Abby,

Wow! 80 years! That's quite a record. But, they're still talking about "global warming". Hmmm... Something's not quite right. :)

Check this video out. It's one we created and then posted on YouTube.

Thanks for the comment!

Dear Allison,

Our snow was melted enough that we were able to travel to East Texas to our grandparents, around noon. We still had to go slow on the over-passes we went on.

We saw probably a dozen left-overs from wrecks the night before.

We are thankful for the protection the Lord gave us on our way out and back.

Thanks!
