Rendezvous Pictures - Part 1

Here are pictures from Dad, Abby & Jaden's trip to Rendezvous:

Dad, Jaden and I left from McKinney Tuesday afternoon about 12:30 and we drove from here to Durant, OK. From there we really flew along at a great pace getting to Antlers, OK where we stopped to fuel up the truck. It was smooth sailing from there until we arrived at the campground for Rendezvous.

Jaden having fun with Javi! They were so funny and were making Camille and me laugh. :)

What a goofy boy!

Camille and I. We had such a glorious time together, chatting almost non-stop. I can't wait to see her again! We get together about once every 2 years or so.

Some of the fantastic cooks that kept us well fed during the whole camp! They did a supurb job and everything was delicious!

Alex (Camille's oldest brother) giving a talk about their recent trip to NK. It was very enlightening. The pictures that Scott took were very stunning.

Mr. D., who is the camp coordinator and founder making announcements about upcoming sessions.

The "cook-shack" as it is called. This is also the mess hall / dining room.

The front of the cook-shack (a line was already forming for the afternoon meal).

Jaden having fun riding about on his bike. He got SO dirty and covered in mud and water because everything was saturated in water.

Jaden and Javi, goofing off again! :)

The cabin where Dad and Jaden slept. They had a dry spot to lay their heads.

Cheese - Jaden and I at the Liberty barn taking in one of the fantastic sessions. Camille shot this candid picture of me. :)

Mr. D., again. He is a true cowboy... black hat and all!

Some of the crowd during one of the general sessions. All of the sessions were wonderul, convicting, encouraging and challenging. I was very much refreshed by my time in the Kiamichi's and I am already looking forward to next year. We hope to all attend, which will be a first for us in a couple of years.
