Our traditional Christmas breakfast meal (we didn't have breakfast until noon...we all got up late): scones, rice & clementines (baby oranges).
Gifts...
...and more gifts.
Now...the opening of the many gifts.

Johanna's presents
This is a sign that Caleb made to put in our front yard. As you can see, it has the 'Seven C's of History' painted on it. Caleb, Johanna, Jaden & I are pictured here.
On our way to the nearby park
After the opening of the presents, us kids went up to the park and had fun together.

Merry Christmas! (even if it IS a little late!) WOW! I wish I could've worn short sleeves on Christmas! I love Texas weather :)
Merry Christmas to you, and your family, as well! Yes, the weather was beautiful on Christmas Day. If I remember correctly, it was in the mid to upper 60's.
I must confess...I love Texas weather, too! I don't think I could survive in the north.
There's a saying that goes something like this: "If you don't like the weather in Texas, just wait a while." Meaning, the weather in Texas is so unpredictable and changing...it's in the 70's one day, then the next day it's in the 40's. Texas weather changes like the wind (because it changes with the wind!).
Thanks for the comment!
